What’s the difference between the two formulas?
Charlie’s Creatine contains one ingredient: creatine monohydrate. Creatine + Hydration combines 5 g creatine with 1,000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium and 60 mg magnesium in a lemon-flavored scoop. Choose based on what you want in your routine, including the sodium amount.
Do I need the added electrolytes?
Not everyone wants the same electrolyte profile. Hydration is an option for people who intentionally want its sodium, potassium and magnesium alongside creatine. If you want creatine alone, choose Creatine. Read about the 1,000 mg sodium amount.
How should I take it?
Follow the directions and warnings on the label for the formula you choose. Hydration’s label directs adults to mix one 10 g scoop with 6–8 oz of water or a favorite beverage daily. Creatine has its own label directions. Read the daily-use guide.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. One-time purchase is the default. Charlie’s Creatine also offers 10% off with delivery every month or every two months. Hydration has an optional monthly subscription. Prices and recurring terms are shown before you add to bag. Manage, pause or cancel in your account.
